Leading Women Express Network

Debbie joined ABWA in 2007. She is active with the Leading Women Express Network, Bryan-College Station Charter Chapter and the Houston Area Council where she holds the current positions of VP of Membership, Newsletter Chair and Financial Officer. She has served on various committees over the past few years including Publicity, HAC Delegate, ABW Day Celebration, Nominating Committee and Audit just to name a few.

Debbie was the 2009 LWEN Protégé award recipient and has sponsored over 11 members and attended 2 District and 2 National Conferences.   

Debbie is a tax professional with B-CS Tax Group, Inc. and has over 20 years experience in the tax and accounting field. She continues to stay abreast of the changing tax laws to help her clients with planning and their unique tax situations.  She enjoys giving back to her community by volunteering with various service organizations within the Brazos Valley. Debbie is married to Ben, co-owner of B&M Equipment Service Inc. and is the mother of four sons.

Gaylyn DeVine, Vice Chair

Gaylyn was born in Beaumont, Texas in 1963 to Ray and Joyce Porter. She lives in Pearland, Texas with her husband George.

Gaylyn worked in the Insurance Industry for 18 years before taking over TLS Graphics Inc in July, 1998. Since taking over the family business they have become WBEA and Better Business Bureau certified, and continue to grow in sales and customers.

Gaylyn has been a member of First Baptist Church, Pasadena for the past 20 years. She also serves on the board of the Bridge Over Troubled Waters, is currently serving as the President of SEEN, is a member of the Houston Area Professional Express Network, the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce and Bay Area Republican Women.

If you ask Gaylyn what it takes to run a successful Company, she would say "Relationships, it is all about caring about your employees and customers. If your employees are happy, they will do a good job, if your customers are happy, they will keep coming back."

I love what I do and I think that makes the difference, it is not just a job to me but an adventure to meet new people, help fuel our economy with new ideas and projects and helping others grow their business.

Katherine Ebel

Over the last 30 year years, Katherine's professional career has taken her through sales, marketing and management. While in sales she broke new ground in a predominantly male industry, in which she rose to management, dealing with product representatives, in house personnel, and product advertising brochures. She received many awards and earned respect for her success.

She has been married to her husband, Roger, for over 27 years and resides in Montgomery County. They have f ive children and 11 grand children.

She is affiliated with several community associations: Tomball Charter Chapter of ABWA, Houston Area Council of ABWA, Greater Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce, Magnolia Parkway Chamber of Commerce, Magnolia Area Chamber of Commerce, and Montgomery Habitat for Humanity.

Katherine has received several awards and honors through the Tomball Charter Chapter of ABWA.

Susan Olson

Susan Olson has been a member of the American Business Women’s Association for 6 years (joined November 2004) and a Charter member of the South East Express Network (SEEN). In that short time, she served as Vice President of Marketing/Membership and President-elect of SEEN. Susan also served as President, Vice President of Administration and President-elect of the Houston Area Professional Express Network (HAPEN). She is currently President and the Newsletter Editor for SEEN.

Susan recently served as the 2010 District II Conference Secretary.  She is currently the VP of Marketing/Publicity of SEEN after serving 2 consecutive terms as President.

Susan is the owner/founder of SRO Handbags in Sugar Land. She established her company in 2000 and now celebrating 10 year of success. Susan is the designer of customized cigar box purses and began by selling them on EBay in May, 2000.
