Getting to Know your Chair, Katherine Ebel
Over the last 30 years, Katherine's professional career has taken her through sales, marketing, and management. While in sales she broke new ground in a predominantly male industry where she rose to management, dealing with product representatives, in‐house personnel, and product advertising brochures. She received many accolades and awards, and earned respect for her success. She went back to school and obtained her degree in Marketing and Business Management, graduating with honors at
the age of 50 while working full time and caring for her family. In 2003 she acquired her Real Estate License and is now self employed as a Realtor® representing North Harris and Montgomery Counties.

Katherine has been an active member of ABWA, Tomball Charter Chapter since June, 2004. She has participated on her chapter's board in officer and committee chair positions and has been their Woman of the Year, Top Ten Candidate and Woman of Excellence. She has been a delegate to the Houston Federation of Professional Women and the Houston Area Council of ABWA where she has also participated on the board and committees.

She has been married to her husband, Roger, for over twenty‐eight years, has five children, eleven grandchildren and one great granddaughter.

She is affiliated with the Magnolia Area and Magnolia Parkway Chambers of Commerce. She has volunteered with the Montgomery County Habitat for Humanity, Society of Samaritans, and St Vincent de Paul. She is currently serving on the Property Owners Association for her subdivision.
