Database Listing and Personal Page Payments
In an effort to coordinate payments with listings and web
pages, we have added a PayPal option for our members. Of course, you can
still download the form in Adobe Acrobat format, complete it and mail
it to our treasurer along with your check, or without one if you only
want to be in the member-only database. PayPal is just another option
that we are offering for your convenience.
The private, member only listing is included
as part of your membership with the Houston Area Council of ABWA and does
not cost you any additional monies. To be listed in the private, member-only
database, though, you need to complete the online form or click
here to download the form in Adobe Acrobat format and mail to our
treasurer. However, if you want to be listed in the database/directory
that is searchable by the public, the cost is $50
for one year. Because the database is a new service to our members and
we are just now getting the opportunity put together for you, the year
will not begin to count until April 1, 2006.
If you do not have a web page for your business but would like one at
a reasonable cost, TechTiva® is offering our members a personal,
singular web page package at an additional cost of $100
for one year. Again, time will not start running on this personal web
page until April 1, 2006. The web page will be hosted on the Council's
web site, but will have your business information. If you choose to have
the personal web page package, your total cost will be $150,
which includes the $50 public listing cost and the $100 presonal web page
cost.
An additional fee is charged if you pay through PayPal. This additional
fee is minimal but it covers the Council's cost for using PayPal to take
payments. To pay for a public directory listing only online, it will cost
you $1.25 extra per listing. If you pay for a
public directory listing and personal web page online, it will cost you
$3.50 extra per listing and page. Some of our
members have more than one business and each business may be listed on
the Council's web site. Each business may participate in the personal
web page offering, too. But the prices quoted here are "per business listing",
so you will have to pay $50 or $150, depending on your choice, for each
business.
If you pay through PayPal, you may pay with either a MasterCard, VISA,
American Express, or Discover credit card, OR
by personal or business check.
Once you have paid for your listing through PayPal, or click on the button
for the "Private Listing", which is included with your Council
membership at no extra cost, you will be taken to an online form. Please
make sure that you complete all fields marked with a
red asterisk (*). Your listing will be delayed if you do not complete
those fields because we will have to contact you to obtain the required
information.
