MEMBERSHIP MEETING

The quarterly Council membership meetings take place in

January, April, July, November 3 (Special date for 2010)

Networking begins at 5:30 PM

Reservations are $28 per person.

Non Members are $33.00 per person.

Our early reservation deadline is Oct 15, 2010 by U.S. mail

Must be postmarked by Oct 15, 2010. After that date, reservations will be an additional $5.00

Please remember a reservations made is a payment due

Vendor Table Information

Vendors may have their own raffles/door prizes for attendees.

Tables may be shared by 2 businesses. Both businesses [the name of the business, the representative and the chapter/network] must be noted on one registration form. If one of the individuals is not an ABWA member the cost of the table will revert to the non-member pricing. The cost of the second dinner and that persons registration for the dinner must be made through standard reservation channels, they cannot be included with the table reservation.

Tables will be 18" x 60". Please take note of the size and plan your displays accordingly. Each table will be covered and skirted.

Other than the vendors, there will not be a guest speaker that evening, and only council business will be addressed.

When the registration form and check are received a written electronic confirmation will be sent. Therefore, PLEASE, take the time and effort to print your information on the form. You can also complete the form on the computer and print it. The completed form cannot be saved if the only program you have is Adobe Reader.

If I cannot read the information, the check and form will be returned to the sender and your priority placement will be cancelled. Please plan accordingly.
